The British Baker is a family-owned bakery in Pemberton specialising in handcrafted sweet and savoury treats inspired by traditional British baking. Founded by Lindsey, whose passion for baking began in her childhood kitchen in Cornwall, England, the bakery combines generations of recipes with years of professional culinary experience.

From flaky Cornish pasties and sausage rolls to decadent cakes, pastries, and seasonal specialties, everything is made with a focus on flavour, comfort, and creating moments of joy. After years of delighting visitors at local farmers' markets, The British Baker opened its doors in the Pemberton Industrial Park, offering breakfast, lunch, and afternoon treats.

Monday to Friday: 830am - 5pm
Saturdays: 9am -4pm
