The Great Halloween Scavenger Haunt!

Calling all little ghosts, goblins, witches, and monsters! Something spooky is brewing at the Pemberton Museum!

On Friday, October 30, from 2–5 PM, they're turning up the Halloween fun with a hauntingly good afternoon of mysterious clues, creepy crafts, sinister snacks, face painting and plenty of sweet treats!

Come straight from school, show off your Halloween costume, and explore the museum grounds on a spooky scavenger haunt. Who knows what might be lurking around the historic buildings?

All ages welcome!

Join us for a rollicking evening celebrating 20 years of arts and culture in the Pemberton Valley ~ where creativity runs wild, and community spirit shines.

This is not your average gallery night: expect spirited, charming, and downright delightful moments as we raise funds for local artists and arts programs.

What to expect

• Art Exhibition: Stroll a collection of dog- and horse-themed artworks submitted by local artists ~ buy a piece, support the arts community, feel great.

• Live Music: Enjoy sensational sets by award-winning local artist Sheri Marie Ptolemy.

• Line Dancing: Grab a partner (or go solo) and cut a rug with Angela Waldie from Gruff Goat Dance!

• Polaroid Portrait Booth: Pop into Cassidy Luteijn’s booth for a free hand-drawn portrait keepsake ~ perfect for framing or gifting.

• Dog & Pony Games: Engage in quick, event-themed games with a chance to win fun prizes

• Catering & Refreshments: Bite into delicious fare from A Chef’s Life. Wine, beer, and festive non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase

• Live Silent Auction: Bid on unique and local treasures ~ score something special, do some Christmas shopping, while supporting your community.

Support the Signal Hill PAC and celebrate the end of Fall.

Join us Saturday, November 14 from 2–5 PM at Signal Hill Elementary for a fun, family-friendly afternoon for the whole Pemberton community!

There will be games and challenges, face painting, prizes, snacks and hot drinks, a gift basket raffle, snow cones, hair glitter and more. Come have some fun, connect with the community and help raise funds that go right back to supporting our school and students.

The Pemberton Holiday Bazaar is back - a festive favourite and key fundraiser in support of the Pemberton Children’s Centre, proudly organized by a team of dedicated volunteers!

Get into the holiday spirit while browsing one-of-a-kind goodies: handmade crafts, art, jewellery, cozy clothing, home décor, wood and metal treasures, apothecary treats, baked delights, and so much more.

Experience the charm of North Arm Farm through their seasonal holiday markets, where the community comes together to celebrate local makers, growers, and artisans. Set against a stunning backdrop of Mount Currie and coastal farmland, these markets offer a chance to shop fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and unique finds while soaking in the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the farm.

Each market features a rotating lineup of vendors, so visitors are encouraged to follow along on social media for the latest updates on dates and who will be attending - no two markets are ever quite the same.
