What can we see and do in Pemberton?

A:

Explore a variety of shops in our Village, Pemberton Museum, U-pick farms, 2 golf courseshorseback ridingjet boat trips, hiking, biking, skydiving, parasailing, hot springs, swimming - Pemberton is where "Adventure Begins Here".

Q:

How do we get to Meager Hot Springs?

A:

Meager Hot springs is closed indefinitely due to a large debris flow event at Capricorn Creek in October 2009.

Q:

How do we get to Big Sky Golf Course?

A:

Continue east on Highway 99 and turn right on Airport Road and Big Sky is the first course on the right. Get more Big Sky Golf info.

Q:

What is there to see between here and Lillooet?

A:

Joffre Provincial Park offers many opportunities for hiking, camping and mountaineering.

Q:

Where is the closest RV Park with full hook ups?

A:

Whistler offers 2 RV Campgrounds with full hook ups.

Where can we camp?

A:

Nairn Falls, Birkenhead Lake Provincial Park , Forestry Recreation Sites along Lillooet Lake,  Duffey Lake, Owl Creek, or private sites at Birken. Get more Pemberton camping info.

Do you have a trail map for the area?

A:

There is one on the wall outside the Visitor Centre. You can also download a Pemberton trail map (in PDF format).

Q:

We want to do a hike. What do you suggest?

A:

For a short hike - Nairn Falls a 1.5 km easy trail., One Mile Lake Loop trail, or a day hike at Joffre lakes.

Q:

We would like to have place to stay, what can you recommend?

A:

Two hotels, one motel, 3 hostels, and many wonderful Bed & Breakfasts to choose from. (Visit our Pemberton accommodation page for more info.)

Do you have a public washroom?

A:

Yes, There are a few! First, at the Visitor Centre located on Highway 99 at the entrance to the Village of Pemberton. But beyond our visitor centre, there are public washrooms at Underhill Park, Creekside,  the Pemberton Village Office & at the Old Train Station.
