Mile One Eating House opened its doors in March 2011 and quickly became an instant hit with residents of Pemberton and visitors. They serve up the best burgers in Pemberton which are made using local Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef. Make sure you try the Hillbilly Deluxe burger complete with cheese curds, blue buck braised onions and venison chorizo!
Serious Comfort Food
Not only are the burgers phenomenal, but make sure you try the homemade mac and cheese – pure comfort food. They also serve up awesome Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef hot dogs, Pemberton Yukon Gold potato wedges, breakfast wraps and burgers, salad, garbanzo wraps, and nightly dinner features.
Relax After Your Pemberton Adventure
This atmosphere is friendly, relaxed and this is the perfect place to fuel up before or after your Pemberton snowmobiling adventure. There is a giant map of the region which is perfect to plot your next Pemberton adventure. The large western red cedar table is great for a group of friends to reminisce about the day’s adventure.
Kids love Mile One Eating House too. The gourmet mac n cheese is amazing and they will enjoy playing in the kid’s area.
Owners Randy Jones and Cindy Yu have 30 years of combined experience in fine dining. They certainly have given comfort food ‘its culinary due’. They have built up a fantastic restaurant with a menu that truly reflects Pemberton and the people who visit and live here. The menu also reflects the great produce and food that is available locally in Pemberton. This is fine dining meets fast food at its best.
