Slow Food Cycle Sunday

Slow Food Cycle Sunday 2011 TThis annual event is Sea to Sky Corridors' top agri-tourism event. Over 3,000 bike riders are expected to participate in the 2011 summer cycle. Get your bike (or rent one at the Pemberton Bike Co), then tour the Pemberton Meadows Road exploring farms along the way. Slow down and savour the bounty of the Pemberton Valley will lots of locally produced organic products available.

Araxi Longtable 2011 Summer Series at North Arm Farm

North Arm Farm TWith dozens of ingredients grown just footsteps from Pemberton's very own Chef James Walt's outdoor kitchen, the Longtable events begin with a reception and farm tour with North Arm Farm's proprietor Jordan Sturdy followed by a 4-course meal featuring the Pemberton Valley's freshest ingredients.

The 2011 Araxi Longtable Summer Series features events on July 30, August 27 and September 11.

Pemberton Farmers' Market

Pemberton Farmers Institute TLocal Pemberton Farmers' offer the best of their produce including many organic products. The Market runs every Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. in the parking lot of the Pemberton Valley Supermarket located in the Village of Pemberton. The season's last market is on October 5.
