Celebrate New Year's in the Mountains

For couples or families, celebrating New Year's in Pemberton is a tradition worth starting.
Pemberton: For a Romantic New Year's
Step one: Reserve a mountain-view room at the The Pemberton Valley Lodge. The Pemberton Valley Lodge, the area's only resort hotel, offers travelers luxurious condo-style accommodation. All suites feature fireplaces, perfect for snuggling up in front of with that special someone.
Step two: Reserve a table for two at The Pony. The Pony is ringing in the New Year's with a $42, four-course gourmet dinner showcasing ingredients such as roasted figs, Dungeness crab, and bison. Make a note about the semi-freddo - you'll want to save room for this Northern Italian desert delicacy.
Step three: Show up and enjoy!
