Pemberton Winterfest 2010
The Spirit of BC - Pemberton committee has put together a variety of events for Pemberton's annual Winterfest activities.
It's Our Day - Pemberton
The first schedule event is It's Our Day, Saturday February 6. As the sun rises over the Chamber of Commerce Visitors Centre's Inukshuk, our community will observe the start of the first torchbearer as they begin their relay through our town, 8 a.m. precisely. The torch will link us with communities from all over the globe.

Community members are encouraged to wear their red-mittens and line the streets by 7.45 a.m. Free hot chocolate will be available by DiCarlo's restaurant beginning at 7:30 a.m. There will be three different stations along the torch route, be sure to bring your own hot chocolate mug!
Torch Route
Starting at the Visitor Info Centre, along Portage Road, past the Health Care Centre, through the round-a-bout, right at Frontier St, looping up Prospect St. past the Museum, past Home Hardware, left at the Arts Council building, down Frontier St (in front of train station), back along Portage Rd. (to the Information Centre).
